The older we get in our walk with Jesus the greater the potential our testimony and the stories we have to tell can be.

It’s fantastic when we retell our God stories and share ours’ or others accounts of what He has done in the past, or even just last week. But it’s also important that we have daily accounts of what He’s doing today!

Sadly far too often it can be the opposite, and we live only telling of what God did way back when. As a result we can begin to expect and have faith for very little, and so we also experience little.

But God never intended that your walk with Him would start with a “bang” and then slowly fade out. No! He intends that you would all go from faith to faith, from one great exploit and adventure with Him to another. That you will still be running five, ten, twenty, fifty years on, and that the testimonies and stories that you first started with are nothing compared to what’s happening in your life now and in your future.

God’s plan for you is that what you’ve experienced is nothing in comparison to what He has in store for you if you keep stepping out and going deeper in your relationship with Him.

Today, remember and celebrate all that you have seen and experienced in your walk with God so far, but make a decision to not live there.

Determine in your heart to keep going deeper and further in your relationship with God and start to believe and build your faith for Him to do more.

Put your hand up and say God use me today. Show up in my life and do something great through and in me. “For the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits” (Daniel 11:32NKJV)

So let’s not allow ourselves to get fatigued doing good. At the right time we will harvest a crop if we don’t give up, or quit.” (Galatians 6:9)

“He performs wonders that cannot be fathomed, miracles that cannot be counted.” (Job 5:9)

Prayer: Jesus I want to have my own amazing stories to tell of what I have seen and experienced with you. I want you to use me to do great and marvellous things, and for my light to get brighter and brighter. Lets do something awesome today. In Jesus name Amen.
