28th April - Start Your Day With Reminders, Not Worries

Sometimes, what’s right in front of us—stress, waiting, uncertainty—makes us forget everything God has already done and what He is capable of. We can need daily reminders that we are loved, held, that God is for us and that we are seen and never forgotten.

Psalm 103:2–4 says, “Forget not all His benefits—who forgives, heals, redeems, and crowns your life with lovingkindness” (NKJV).

A great way to not forget that is to build habits that help us remember His goodness: a gratitude list, a sticky note, to pause and pray first thing in the morning and then throughout the day.

You don’t need new evidence every second to trust God today—you just need to remember who He is and what He’s already done.

Action Steps:

  • Start a “God’s Done It Before” note on your phone.

  • Each morning, read one thing about God that reveals His character and what He has done for you.

  • Share a testimony with a friend to encourage and stir their faith too.

Think and Say: I will remember what God has done. His love and faithfulness are my constant reminders that He is with me and for me.

Bible Verse: Forget not all His benefits...” (Psalm 103:2 NKJV)

Prayer: Lord, thank You for every blessing and good thing You've already poured into my life. Please teach and help me to remember your faithfulness and goodness throughout the day today. In Jesus name Amen.
