For those who have invited Jesus into their lives there is a peace that resides deep down on the inside, that unless we surrender up to the cares and worries of the world’s system, no one can take away. Jesus offers to rescue us from the system of control and fear that the world is governed by.
This peace comes because we are called out of the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of light – into the realms of Heaven. Heaven operates on faith, love and blessing.
Because God, “has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of His beloved Son Jesus”. (Colossians 1:14)
The kingdom of heaven operates above and beyond the realms of this world, and amazingly God wants us to learn to operate in these realms everyday. There are no limits in heaven’s system, and nothing is impossible there. Amazing, crazy, wonderful things happen in that realm; that when released impacts the world for good.
However we can still be so conditioned by the world’s system. The system that says that’s not possible, believe only what you can see, truth is relative and there are no absolutes, and miracles don’t really happen.
That’s why it’s so important that when we testify that we believe Jesus is the Son of God, that we learn to walk in the realms of the supernatural, in the realms of heaven. Without that how will people know, how will they hear?
God intends that our lives would naturally be supernatural! Jesus said, “Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it. (John 14:12)
Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life. Now think where is Jesus in your day? Because the way we live our lives each day, every day, is a reflection of how much we love and trust Jesus. It is a reflection of the place Jesus actually has in our lives. He is not just something else to fill the few gaps in our life that are not occupied.
Today don’t let Jesus be an after thought to your day. He longs to be at the centre of our focus, our purpose, our reason; the very centre of our lives. Because He wants for us to know Him, and because the world needs for us to operate more and more in the realms of heaven and the supernatural everyday; to bring heaven to earth everyday. The question is whether, or to what degree we allow the power of Jesus to work within us, and through us.
Today choose to step out and tell Jesus you are available. Then allow the Holy Spirit, to guide and lead you. Make this month the start of doing at least one thing everyday in the supernatural realm. Will you allow Him to be involved in your everyday life? Because when He is, you will know what real living is.
Supernatural is simply doing things lead by the Holy Spirit, and operating in heaven’s system and not the world’s. God longs for us to abide in that place. To be more comfortable in the realms of the spirit than the earth.
We have to start somewhere, and get accustomed to and how heaven operates.
Here’s some ideas to get you started moving in the supernatural everyday.
Do an Act of Kindness, and bless someone.
Start engaging in heaven’s realms.
Seek God and spend time with Him
Read the bible.
Ask God to give you a prophecy (a message from God) for someone, and then give it.
Ask him to show you someone to pray for – then go and pray for them.
Step out, be bold and make yourself available!
Go for it, and have FUN!
“For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance as our way of life.” (Ephesians 2:10)
“But our citizenship is in heaven.”(Philippians 3:20)
“And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus”. (Ephesians 2:6)
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. (Romans 12:2).
Prayer: Jesus would you use me today. Lead me by your spirit and show me what to do, where to speak and how to bless those around me. I want to know heaven, and the things of heaven. Please show me Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
